Shipping
Available shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or the destination. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authority.
Returns and exchanges
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please contact info@luxxfolio.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; cryptocurrency refunds are handled according to the payment provider’s process and may reflect the applicable exchange rate.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
Sizing
Fit can vary by garment. Review the available sizes on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, sizing up is generally the safer choice. Contact us before ordering if you would like help choosing a size.
Prices and payments
Product prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Litecoin values displayed on the site are estimates based on the current market rate; the final amount and supported payment methods are confirmed during checkout. Prices, taxes and product availability may change without notice.
Store privacy
Information submitted while shopping is used to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting requirements. Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider. We do not sell customer information. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform services such as payment processing, fulfilment and delivery.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation and acceptance by Luxxfolio Holdings Inc. We may correct pricing or product information errors and cancel or refund an affected order. Product colours may appear slightly different across screens. Luxxfolio names, marks and artwork may not be reproduced without permission.
