Shipping
Available shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or the destination.
Customers are responsible for duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authority.

Returns & exchanges
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Email info@luxxfolio.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Exchanges depend on available stock and may be handled as a return followed by a new order. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Items marked final sale and personalized items cannot be returned except where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are processed through the applicable payment provider and may differ from the original crypto amount because of exchange rates or network fees.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfilment has begun.

Prices & payments
Product prices are shown in Canadian dollars with an indicative Litecoin equivalent. The final amount, taxes and supported payment methods are confirmed at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Store privacy
Information submitted while shopping is used to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting requirements. Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider. We do not sell customer information. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform services such as payment processing, fulfilment and delivery.

Store terms
Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation and acceptance by Luxxfolio Holdings Inc. We may correct pricing or product information errors and cancel or refund an affected order. Product colours may appear slightly different across screens. Luxxfolio names, marks and artwork may not be reproduced without permission. Nothing in these policies limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
